America is so crazy right now. The right to bear arms is almost like the right to buy a Popsicle. Seems anyone can buy a gun at Wal-Mart. I wanted to make a statement that makes the gun look soft, cuddly, and almost human. Borrowing from the iconic Vietnam War image, the flower in the gun. It seems that I have to use this image far more than I should. It was actually really fun painting the gun and photographing it using the light of the sun.
